Alfred Stieglitz
January 1, 1864: Hoboken NJ
I like the composition of his scenes. When he is not taking pictures of his wife his pictures are of scenes that during his time almost everyone could see every day but no one stopped to look at them. He took considerable care and produced wonderful photographs.
We used http://www.pbs.org/wnet/americanmasters/database/stieglitz_a.html as a source.

This photo interests me because Miller took it with the intent to capture action. I like how you see the subject,
the snowboarder, and the trail of snow behind him starting out of the frame and leading your eyes across to him

Annie Leibovitz- Carly Donovan & Sydney Corrigan
October 2, 1949, in Westbury, Connecticut
Annie states that she is not afraid to fall in love with the people she photographs,
both Sydney and I find that very interesting and unique about her.
Annie really try’s to capture the mood of the environment and does a good job with it.

This is one of Annie’s most famous photographs ever taken.
John Lennon describes how Annie captured there relationship perfectly here, John Lennon was shot 5 hours later,
and Annie was the last person to ever take his picture.
